Basic information on the series
The TLM-Racing Series is a newly formed race series. Born from the Allison Legacy Race Series, this newly formed series is dedicated to road course touring in Texas and Oklahoma. The presence of road course racing in Texas has become wide spread through out the state. Currently there are six courses open and operating. Additionally there are two more tracks that will soon be under construction.
The TLM-Racing Series fills the need of a race car and schedule that is easy on the pocket book. Most road course racers fund their sport from their own pocket. That means economy is a top priority. The average cost of a race weekend in an Allison Legacy Stock Car is about $500. That includes entry fees, fuel, tires and in many cases even hotel room rates. In todays economy there is no bigger bang for the buck that in an Allison Legacy Race Car. Dives like a late model but on a much lower cost.
The Allison Legacy stock car is a purpose built race car. The highest standards of quality and material were a cornerstone of the design that was built into these cars. The age of the Allison Legacy drivers range from 14 years old to 65 years of age. Don't be fooled by the age of some of our youngsters, these kids can drive! By 14 many of these kids have nearly 10 years of racing under their belt.
If you have ever thought that you would like to race and would like to explore the potential, give us a call. We are on the leading edge of building this series. The time is right to get started.
